  • Demonstrated reliability and reputation through references and past project performance
  • Ability to develop and implement construction management and health & safety plans, including risk assessments and method statements
  • Capacity to engage and supervise local SMMEs and ensure compliance with local procurement targets
  • Financial capacity to undertake the project, supported by relevant financial statements and CIDB registration
  • Effective communication, coordination, and reporting skills, including the ability to produce monthly progress and safety reports
