The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a consortium of multi-disciplinary professional consultants, led by a professional mechanical engineer acting as the principal agent, to design, manage, and oversee the renewal of the HVAC system at Northdale Hospital. The project aims to replace the existing HVAC system with a new, efficient system, and to produce comprehensive as-built drawings and documentation for the hospital's HVAC infrastructure.
