The primary objective of this tender is to design, quantify, and provide detailed specifications for the entire plant emergency alarm and Public Address (PA) systems. The service provider is expected to deliver precise system specifications, drawings, and a bill of quantities for both systems to ensure comprehensive emergency communication and alarm coverage across the plant.
