The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified Service Provider to develop, support, and maintain bespoke ICT systems at eThekwini Electricity. The support aims to ensure system stability, reliability, and alignment with evolving operational and strategic needs. The systems involved are critical for operational efficiency, data management, and service delivery across the electricity value chain, including applications such as Bonus Incentive, NER Reporting, Site Survey Mapping, and others built on Microsoft .NET, PHP, MS SQL, and Oracle technologies.
