Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Global Brand Experiential Agency capable of providing planning, management, and production services to support South African Tourism's marketing and branding initiatives. The agency will be responsible for delivering comprehensive experiential marketing solutions that enhance the South African Tourism brand across various target markets and segments, including international and domestic leisure tourism, business events, quality assurance of the tourism sector, and corporate branding.

Scope

The scope encompasses the planning, management, and production of experiential marketing campaigns and activities globally. This includes:

• Developing and executing brand experiential strategies.
• Managing all aspects of campaign planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Producing event and activation content, including logistics, creative development, and on-ground execution.
• Supporting South African Tourism's marketing objectives across multiple regions including Africa, the Americas, Europe, UK, Ireland, Asia, and Australasia.
• Delivering solutions that align with the strategic goals of sustainable tourism development and brand enhancement.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale experiential marketing campaigns.
• Capability to develop innovative and engaging brand activations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within specified timeframes and budgets.
• Strong logistical, creative, and production expertise.
• Adherence to quality assurance standards and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Provision of detailed project/rollout plans with clear timeframes.
