The primary objective of this tender is to engage qualified professional service providers to perform investment property valuations for Moqhaka Local Municipality as of 30 June 2026. The valuation aims to determine the fair value of 265 investment properties in accordance with GRAP 16(38), utilizing independent valuers with relevant expertise and recent experience in the property category and location.
