Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate the movement of gym equipment, specifically the disassembly, packaging, and relocation of two Technogym Kinesis One machines weighing 365 kg each to a designated storeroom within the Johannesburg Water head office. The process aims to ensure the safe handling, disassembly, and secure transportation of the equipment by an experienced service provider.

Scope

The scope of work includes the following tasks:

• Disassemble the two Technogym Kinesis One machines as per the attached scope of work.
• Package all disassembled parts securely to prevent damage, theft, or tampering.
• Relocate the disassembled and packaged machines to the specified storeroom within the head office premises.

The successful bidder must handle the disassembly, packaging, and transportation with expertise, ensuring the integrity of the equipment throughout the process.

Technical Requirements

• The bidder must disassemble each Technogym Kinesis One machine weighing 365 kg, following the detailed scope of work provided.
• All parts must be packaged securely to prevent damage, theft, or tampering during transit.
• Relocate the disassembled and packaged machines to the designated storeroom within the Johannesburg Water head office.
• The movement must be performed by an experienced company or individual with appropriate handling and packaging expertise.
• All submissions must comply with the specified documentation, including valid BBBEE certificates, municipal accounts or lease agreements, and CSD registration.
• Pricing must be quoted per unit, excluding VAT, and submitted in PDF format via the e-tender portal.
• Suppliers must respond using their own company letterhead, with visible email addresses, and include all required supporting documents for evaluation.
