The primary objective of this tender is to procure and deliver a comprehensive set of multimedia training kits to support electoral training activities for upcoming elections. Specifically, the aim is to supply 330 portable mobile projectors, 150 projector screens, 400 power extension cables, 400 multi-plug adaptors, and 100 trolley bags, all with OEM warranties and support, to enhance the training capacity of electoral staff at various provincial warehouses.
