The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of delivering automated, digital, multi-network prepaid airtime distribution in South Africa. The solution should support the loading of variable rand values directly to recipients' mobile numbers across all major mobile network operators, ensuring seamless, secure, and reliable airtime top-ups over a period of four months.
