The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of delivering automated, digital distribution of prepaid airtime in South African Rand (ZAR) across all major mobile network operators (Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, and Cell C). The solution should facilitate pinless, variable-value airtime top-ups, ensuring seamless, real-time credit loading to recipients' mobile devices, accompanied by notifications and comprehensive reporting.
