  • Support and maintenance of the NEC IP SV9100 Telephony system, including hardware, licenses, and software assurance.
  • Management of the Business ConneCT contact centre application, integrated with Halo CRM, supporting features such as call routing, IVR, Web Chat, and reporting.
  • Support for Halo Helpdesk and Case Management system, including incident tracking and request management.
  • Management of the VSA Rampage Call Accounting and Reporting system for telephony traffic monitoring and billing.
  • Support for Call Cabinet voice recording system.
  • Remote working support via UC Client softphone and associated licenses.
  • Provision of support for the Halo Service Desk ITIL-based incident management system.
  • Integration of SMS solutions and satisfaction surveys, including SSL certificates renewal.
  • Ensuring all components are compliant, supported, and upgraded as needed, with detailed methodology for replacements and upgrades.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in implementing, supporting, and maintaining contact centre solutions, telephony systems, and related technologies.
  • Technical expertise in NEC SV9100 PABX, Business ConneCT contact centre platform, Halo CRM, and Halo ITSM systems.
  • Qualified support engineers with at least 5 years of experience in NEC telephony and contact centre environments, supported by relevant certifications.
  • Provision of OEM partnership letters for all proposed replacement components, confirming support and EOL status.
  • Capability to deliver training, system configuration, and ongoing technical support, including online and on-site training as required.
  • Experience in project management, risk mitigation, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
  • Ability to provide detailed methodology, project plans, and regular feedback on project progress and outcomes.
