The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for providing catering and décor for the Cape Winelands District Phenomenal Women Awards. The aim is to ensure high-quality catering for 150 attendees, including appetizers, starters, main meals, desserts, and beverages, as well as appropriate décor for the event venue.

The event will be held at Paarl Town Hall on 25 August 2026 from 8:00 to 14:00. The service provider will be responsible for food preparation, serving, cleanup, and décor setup.
