The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply, deliver, and install cameras and accessories for the City of Tshwane’s Communication, Marketing and Events Department. The initiative aims to modernize the department’s engagement with communities through the provision of professional-grade video and audio content, including live streams, community podcasts, and multimedia documentation of municipal activities. This will enhance civic participation, transparency, and equitable access to information, aligning with the City’s commitment to innovation and inclusive service delivery.
