The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to undertake programming, commissioning, Automated Meter Reading (AMR), remote reading, and installation of check meters for the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality. The project aims to enhance meter management, improve data accuracy, and ensure reliable remote monitoring over a period of three years.
