  • Health & Safety: Demonstrated capability to implement and manage occupational health and safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and manage emergency arrangements.
  • Environmental Compliance: Knowledge of environmental regulations and experience in managing environmental impact during infrastructure refurbishment.
  • Financial & Administrative Skills: Capacity to provide proof of financial stability, insurance, bonds, and relevant certifications.
