The scope encompasses providing baggage delivery services at all domestic stations operated by the client. Service providers must be able to handle baggage logistics, including collection, transportation, and delivery to designated stations, adhering to the specified standards and requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of baggage delivery services across all specified domestic stations.
• Compliance with safety, security, and operational standards set by the client.
• Ability to handle baggage securely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provision of necessary documentation such as bank confirmation letters, B-BBEE certificates, and SARS clearance certificates.
• Integration with the client's systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Adherence to contractual payment terms, typically 15 days from invoice submission.

• Knowledge of security and safety protocols related to baggage handling.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple stations efficiently.
