The primary objective of this tender is to procure renewal and support services for the Integrated Campus Administration System (ICAS), a critical training software used by PRASA Train Operations. The aim is to secure software licenses for two years, ensure system support, upgrades, migration, and enhancements to maintain system stability, compatibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
