The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified and experienced motivational speaker to facilitate a leadership engagement session for departmental officials. The session aims to promote dialogue, learning, and interaction among officials on leadership and management development, specifically focusing on the role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in developing ethical leadership within the public service.
