Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to establish a boundary fence around the Shallcross Garden Waste Site as part of the Phase 1 closure process. This includes constructing the fence with specified boundary types, extending or reconstructing existing stormwater drainage infrastructure, and ensuring environmental preservation of existing vegetation within the site.

Scope

The scope of work encompasses:

• Construction of a new boundary fence along the designated perimeter as indicated by the proposed boundary line.
• Extension or reconstruction of existing stormwater drainage systems, including the proposed new stormwater pipe running southwards.
• Site clearance within the defined construction boundary, ensuring minimal disturbance to existing vegetation and structures.
• Adherence to survey coordinates and existing site features during construction.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Construction of boundary fencing using specified boundary types (dashed black line).
• Extension or reconstruction of existing stormwater drainage infrastructure as per the existing stormwater drain and proposed pipe details.
• Compliance with site survey data, including contour elevations and existing feature locations.
• Preservation of existing vegetation marked by green dots.
• Adherence to environmental considerations and site clearance protocols within the designated boundary.
