The primary objective of this tender is to procure social media monitoring and online media monitoring services for a period of 12 months. The service aims to provide comprehensive tracking and analysis of social media platforms and online media channels to support Stats SA's information and communication needs.
The scope of the tender includes the provision of social media and online media monitoring services for a duration of 12 months. The services should encompass monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting on relevant social media and online media content as per the attached specifications.
