The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of inputs for the Elderly Month Programme, including equipment and décor, to support the successful execution of the event. The project aims to enhance the celebration and engagement activities for the elderly community during the designated month.
The scope encompasses the provision of various equipment and décor items required for the Elderly Month Programme, including tents, stage draping, furniture, entertainment equipment, and catering-related items. The delivery must be completed within 30 days of the appointment letter, ensuring all items meet specified standards and specifications.
