The primary objective of this tender is to procure and implement an Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) that will enhance the municipality's records handling, storage, retrieval, and management processes. The system aims to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate better data governance within Musina Local Municipality.
The scope of the tender includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a comprehensive Electronic Records Management System. This encompasses hardware, software, integration with existing systems, user training, and ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal operation of the ERMS across the municipality.
