Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a competent and registered bidder with experience and capabilities to supply, deliver, and install two (2) wall-mounted air-conditioners at the PPECB Bothaville Office. The selected service provider must ensure that the installation complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including occupational health and safety requirements, and provide warranty coverage of at least 24 months with a five-year warranty on the compressor.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Supply of wall-mounted air-conditioning units with heating and cooling functions, ISO 9001 accredited products.
• Delivery and installation of the units at the specified address: 13 Van Riebeeck Street, Bothaville, 9660.
• Electrical wiring and equipment installation in accordance with SANS 10142-1 and relevant national legislation.
• Provision of refrigerant, ensuring the air-conditioners are operational post-installation.
• Compliance with all applicable safety, health, and legal standards, including certification and proof of accreditation.
• Training personnel involved in operation and safety procedures related to the installed units.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications and requirements for the tender include:

• Electrical wiring must adhere to SANS 10142-1 standards and relevant legislation.
