The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider to supply, deliver, and offload refuse bags for Stellenbosch Municipality. The aim is to ensure a consistent and quality supply of various types of refuse bags (black, blue, green, and clear) to facilitate waste management operations within the municipality, in accordance with specified standards and requirements.
