Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to supply, deliver, install, maintain, and remove mobile ablution facilities and water tanks at the RAF Office in Hatfield for a duration of three days. The facilities are intended to serve approximately 900 personnel during the specified period, ensuring adequate sanitation and potable water supply in compliance with health and safety standards.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of mobile ablution facilities, including delivery, installation, maintenance, servicing, and removal, to accommodate around 900 personnel.
• Daily cleaning and sanitization of all units, with replenishment of consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and sanitizer.
• Provision of waste removal and disposal in accordance with municipal regulations.
• Supply and refilling of two 5000L portable water tanks fitted with taps, ensuring continuous potable water supply during working hours.
• Delivery and installation of water tanks and ablution units before 07:00 on 29 May 2026, with removal completed by 19:00 on 02 June 2026.
• Placement of units to ensure accessibility, unobstructed emergency routes, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provision of standby emergency support and an on-call contact person for the duration of the service period.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

• Supply of fully operational mobile ablution facilities capable of serving approximately 900 personnel.
• Facilities must meet health and safety standards and be maintained daily.
• Provision of two 5000L portable water tanks with taps, refilled daily to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Delivery and installation completed before 07:00 on the start date.
• Facilities must be accessible, not obstruct emergency routes, and comply with occupational health and safety legislation.
• Provision of consumables: toilet paper, soap, sanitizer, and paper towels, replenished daily.
• Waste disposal in line with municipal regulations.
• Emergency response support within 2 hours of reporting.
• Facilities must be removed and site restored to a clean condition after the service period.

Skills Requirements

The service provider must demonstrate:

• Experience in supplying and maintaining mobile sanitation facilities and water tanks for large-scale events or similar projects.
• Compliance with occupational health and safety standards, including proper PPE for staff.
• Ability to deliver, install, and remove facilities within tight timeframes.
• Capacity to provide standby emergency support and effective communication channels.
• Knowledge of municipal bylaws and health regulations related to sanitation and water supply.
• Registered status with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliance with all procurement policies.
