Objectives

• Company profile demonstrating experience in providing Intermediate Excel training and quality work.
• Methodology and project plan outlining the approach to delivering the training.
• Training content aligned with intermediate Excel skills, including data management, analysis, and presentation techniques.
• Provision of qualified trainers with relevant certifications and experience.
• Delivery of training sessions to designated participants.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Proven experience of at least 4 years in providing Intermediate Excel training with demonstrated quality work.
• Detailed methodology and project plan demonstrating a structured approach to training delivery.
• Qualified trainers with relevant certifications such as Microsoft Excel Certification or related studies (e.g., Business Administration, Data Analysis, Computer Science).
• Supporting reference letters (minimum of 3) from previous clients confirming successful training delivery.
• Adherence to SANEDI procurement terms and conditions.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required for the service provider include:

• Experience in delivering Intermediate Excel training programs.
• Strong understanding of advanced Excel features and data analysis techniques.
• Relevant educational qualifications such as:
• Honours or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or Computer Science (Level 4).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide references and demonstrate past successful training engagements.
