Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to source a qualified and reliable training service provider to deliver the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) course and examination support. The training aims to equip project officers with foundational knowledge and practical skills in project management aligned with international standards, particularly those of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The provider must facilitate both the training and the CAPM certification process, including exam preparation and enrollment support.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Delivering CAPM training aligned with PMI standards and the PMBOK Guide.
• Providing at least 3 days of training sessions, including presentations and reference materials.
• Ensuring the training content covers project management fundamentals, predictive approaches, agile frameworks, and business analysis principles.
• Supporting candidates through the registration process, exam scheduling, and providing post-training exam preparation resources.
• Issuing certificates of completion confirming the candidate has obtained the required 23 contact hours for exam eligibility.
• Supporting CAPM certification and exam enrollment, including guidance on application, registration, and scheduling.
• Providing post-training support such as practice questions, exam guidance, and professional development advice.

Technical Requirements

• The training provider must be accredited by PMI or be a PMI Authorized Training Partner.
• The course content must meet international project management standards and prepare candidates effectively for the CAPM exam.
• The training should include comprehensive presentations, reference materials, and guidance on exam scheduling.
• The provider must support the candidate through the entire certification process, including application and exam registration.
• Training must be at least 3 days long, with a focus on core project management principles and PMI standards.
• Provision of a certificate of completion indicating the candidate has achieved 23 contact hours.
