ALFRED NZO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR REFURBISHMENT OF ABLUTION FACILITIES FOR
UMZIMVUBU GOAT PROJECT
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who submit bids for the following project
Only tenderers who Bidders are invited from suitably qualified professional service providers to prepare and submit bids to undertake
the refurbishment of ablution facility. The scope of work is as follows: refurbishment of ablution facility for UMzimvubu goat offices in
EMaxesibeni,

•Compliance with OHS requirements
•Provision of temporary workforce
•Alterations and demolitions
•alterations:
Brickwork
Metalwork
Plastering
Roof construction
Roof covering
Ceiling
Floor finishes
Painting
plumbing
•Electrical and mechanical works- building services installation
•Refurbish Water reticulation including internal plumbing installations
•Refurbish Sewer reticulation

A non-refundable tender deposit of R250.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The bid documents are available at a non-refundable cost (VAT inclusive) to be collected at the supply Chain Management Office, Erf
1400 Ntsizwa Street, EMaxesibeni, 4735. Payments for Bid Documents must be done on our Municipal Offices (Revenue) at Reception
or through Bank deposit at First National Bank, Account Number 62024932974 and Branch Code 210821. All bidders are required to
attach the proof of payment receipts on their document when submitting.
NB : All Bidders must note that any prospective priced below 5% of the value will not be considered.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at ANDM Conference Centre (Mount Ayliff) on 25
September 2025 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
