The primary objective of this tender is to hire and set up an open-air audio system capable of delivering clear sound across an outdoor sports field for an event involving up to 750 participants. The system must be suitable for outdoor use, weather-resistant, and capable of providing high-quality audio coverage for the specified event on 4 July 2026 at Loerie Park.
