Technical Requirements

• Regulatory Documentation: Updated CIPC registration documents and a valid SAHPRA licence authorizing the manufacture, wholesale, or distribution of medical devices. Failure to submit these results in automatic disqualification.
• Evaluation Framework: Scoring uses an 80/20 preference point system. Eighty points are allocated for competitive pricing, and twenty points are reserved for specific socio-economic goals, primarily promoting South African-owned enterprises.
