• Cover-Quoting Prohibition: The department strictly forbids multiple entities linked to the same beneficial owner from submitting competing quotes for the same tender. Violations are classified as corruption and acquisition fraud, triggering immediate disqualification and potential public sector trading restrictions.
• Conditional Sample Submission: While not compulsory, the procuring entity reserves the right to request physical samples for technical verification. Failure to provide requested samples when called upon will result in automatic rejection of the offer.
