JCPZ/FM/SCM70/2025 REPAIRS TO ENERGY SAVING GUARDHOUSE AT ELMON MALELE PARK
The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate repairs to the Energy Saving Guardhouse at Elmon Malele Park, ensuring the provision of quality construction, repair, and maintenance services in accordance with specified standards and requirements.
The scope encompasses general building repairs, electrical work, glazing, plumbing, carpentry, civil, mechanical, and fire systems related to the guardhouse. Specific tasks include constructing a steel structure for solar panels, installing solar systems, building a concrete base, erecting a PVC guardhouse with ventilation, fencing, installing floor tiles, and providing electrical and plumbing compliance certificates.
