The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, and set up audio equipment for the Women’s Day event scheduled for Saturday, 15th August 2026.
The scope includes the procurement, transportation, installation, and setup of specified audio equipment at the designated venue (Smutsville Community Hall) for the event. The equipment required comprises base bins, tops speakers, a mixer, cordless microphones, monitors, and extension leads, with detailed quantities and pricing to be provided in the pricing schedule.
