Tender Summary: Supply, Install and Commission of PC Boards

Objectives

The primary objective is to secure a qualified supplier to provide, install, and fully commission replacement printed circuit boards (PCBs) for Daikin inverter air conditioning units operated by the municipality.

Scope of Work

• Supply one (1) unit of Daikin Inverter PCB 12P or a functionally equivalent replacement.
• Execute safe physical installation of the PCB into the existing inverter unit.
• Perform comprehensive commissioning, including system calibration, safety checks, and performance verification to restore full operational capacity.
• Complete all deliverables within the agreed post-order timeframe.

Technical Requirements

• Product Specification: Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specification or certified equivalent that matches voltage, frequency, communication protocols, and thermal ratings of the Daikin Inverter PCB 12P.
• Service Standards: Installation and commissioning must adhere to national electrical safety standards and HVAC manufacturer guidelines.
• Documentation: Mandatory submission of completed Municipal Bidding Documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number, sworn ownership affidavits, and disability/grant proofs where applicable.
• Submission Protocol: Quotations must be physically sealed, endorsed with reference REQ27053, and deposited in the designated municipal tender box before the deadline. Electronic, typed, or late submissions are strictly prohibited.
• Validity: All quotations must remain legally binding for thirty (30) days post-closing.

Skills Requirements

• Technical proficiency in HVAC electronics, specifically inverter control board diagnostics and replacement.
• Certified competency in low-voltage electrical work, circuit integration, and system commissioning procedures.
• Ability to verify cross-compatibility of equivalent PCBs without compromising unit efficiency or operational safety.
