The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver catering, sound system, audio-visual, and transport services for the Office of The Chief Whip Outreach Programme (Class of 2025 Exam Prayer) within the Northern Region of the City of Mbombela. The aim is to facilitate a successful outreach event by ensuring the provision of essential services that support the programme's activities.
The scope of the tender includes the provision of the following services:
The services are to be delivered within the Northern Region of Mbombela, specifically for the outreach event organized by the Office of The Chief Whip.
