The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider to create, develop, and produce digital civic and democracy education (CDE) materials. These materials aim to promote civic participation and understanding of the electoral process through engaging content across multiple platforms, including traditional media (TV, radio) and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
