The primary objective of this tender is to procure event logistics and equipment hire services for the Border Management Authority's Fraud and Anti-Corruption Awareness Campaign scheduled for 11 November 2025 at Beitbridge Port of Entry. The service provider is expected to supply, deliver, install, operate, and dismantle all necessary infrastructure and technical equipment to ensure a successful event, including a dry run and technical rehearsal.
