The primary objective of this tender is to procure a comprehensive PA system suitable for an event accommodating up to 600 people in a hanger, ensuring clear audibility and good condition. Additionally, the tender seeks to supply tables and chairs for teachers, exhibitors, and event decor to facilitate the smooth execution of the event scheduled from 4th to 6th December 2025.
