The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified training service provider to deliver accredited management training programs focused on leadership, team management, strategic planning, and implementation (SAQA ID: 116341). The training aims to enhance the skills of municipal employees, contributing to improved service delivery over a period of three years.
The scope encompasses providing accredited training programs in leadership, team management, strategic planning, and implementation to municipal staff. The service provider must deliver training in at least two of the municipality’s official languages (English, isiXhosa, Sesotho, Afrikaans). The training should include:
