The primary objective of this tender is to undertake rehabilitation, renovations, and refurbishments to Pearston Library, including the addition of prefabricated library and ablution structures. The project aims to upgrade and expand existing facilities to meet current standards and requirements, ensuring improved service delivery and infrastructure quality.
