The primary objective of this tender is to invite interested parties to submit proposals for the purchase of a vehicle through an asset auction process, in full compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and related regulations. The William Humphreys Art Gallery aims to acquire the vehicle to support its operational needs while ensuring transparency and adherence to procurement policies.
The scope of the tender encompasses the submission of proposals for the specific vehicle described in the specifications, including the Tata Ultra 1014 truck with Van Body and Dhollandia tail lift.
