The primary objective of this tender is to procure a qualified and capable service provider to supply and deliver refuse plastic bags to Kumkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality for a period of one year, as and when required. The initiative aims to ensure the municipality's waste management needs are met efficiently, with an anticipated usage of approximately 600,000 refuse bags annually.
