The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, and offload two (2) small mobile hemp decorticator machines for the Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency (ECRDA). These machines are intended to process hemp biomass by extracting fibers and woody core for evaluation and downstream industrial applications, supporting sector development, research, and indigenous hemp growers' integration into the legal market.
