The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver HDPE pipes and elbows as specified, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and quality requirements. The procurement aims to support Johannesburg Water's infrastructure needs, with a focus on supporting SMMEs (EMEs or QSEs) that are at least 51% black-owned by Black People, aligning with specific socio-economic goals.
