Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to invite quotations from qualified service providers to organize and facilitate the Inkciyo Year-End Function for Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. • Provision of disposable plates, spoons, and other event essentials

Additionally, the scope involves compliance with municipal procurement policies, submission of mandatory documentation, and adherence to technical and content specifications as outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Adherence to the specifications detailed in the event's itemized list, such as quantities and descriptions of goods and services
