The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider to supply and install a bulk filing system at Block H NICD Sandringham, supporting the NHLS's need for efficient document storage and management. The project aims to enhance organizational capacity through the provision of high-density, durable filing units with specific design and safety features.
The scope includes the supply and installation of two units of high-density bulk filing systems, each with 5 bays, constructed from particleboard with melamine finish, and equipped with adjustable shelves, locking mechanisms, safety features, and optional doors. The work encompasses delivery, installation, and compliance with specified standards and durability requirements, covering all associated accessories and finishing details.
